Q: What are the differences between Content Sniper Package inclusions?

A: All Content Sniper packages essentially offer the same inclusions. The differences are in the level of work required by our team and relate mostly to the scope of your geographic reach. In essence, the wider your geographic reach, the more challenging it is for us to rank your website in Google search for relevant keyword sets.

Q: Why does geographic reach matter to your business?

A: Imagine you run a suburban law practice. Ranking your practice organically on Google for the keyword “lawyer” might encourage a load of visitation to your website, but that visitation would largely be irrelevant. You serve a localised market. You want local visitors who can and will use your services – not random visitors from another state who may have no interest in using your services.

Q: Why does geographic reach matter to us?

A: Ranking for a short tail keyword like “lawyer” is difficult and ultra-competitive. Frankly, ranking for a keyword like that may require an investment running into several hundred thousand dollars (we know because we have achieved this). We have to be realistic about what keywords are most relevant to your business and decide what you might realistically be able to rank for within the context of having a fixed monthly budget to achieve that. That is why Content Sniper Packages are priced based upon geographic reach.

Q: Are there any differences between Content Sniper Packages?

A: Yes and those differences are significant. The differences relate to the quantity of content we produce for you within a given month, the keywords sets we are prepared to target for ranking on Google and the amount of link building we will undertake for you. The most important factor is the overall time our team spends working on your content marketing.

As a “rough” guide we produce content each month for Content Sniper Packages as follows:

Short Range Sniper: Maximum of 6 Pages or Articles / 4,000 words
Medium Range Sniper:Maximum of 12 Pages or Articles / 12,000 words
Long Range Sniper: Maximum of 20 Pages or Articles / 30,000 words

There are no hard and fast rules on the amount of content produced. We do what we consider to be necessary to achieve your content marketing goals. That will almost certainly vary from time to time.

There other differences between the packages, all of which relate to the amount of effort required by our team to achieve your content marketing objectives. Those differences can be difficult to quantify and are likely to vary significantly between different types of business. We are happy to discuss what those individual differences are for your business.

A: A Marketing Audit takes a critical look at and reports on your entire digital footprint. That includes your websites, blogs, landing pages, social media profiles and any digital assets that you currently use, such as online videos and lead magnets.

A: You will be required to complete an online audit questionnaire. The questionnaire digs deep on such things as your current marketing strategy, tactics, execution, measurement of results and related matters.

Q: What outcome can I expect?

A: Using your input as a guide we will prepare a written Marketing Audit Report. This will provide a discussion document to be used in developing certain elements of your Marketing Plan.

Whilst primarily digitally focused, the Marketing Audit Report is quite a comprehensive marketing audit and by necessity touches on numerous non-digital matters. Many clients have reported using the information contained in the report to improve their overall marketing strategy.

Strategic Marketing Plan

Q: What is a Strategic Marketing Plan?

A: Your Strategic Marketing Plan will provide a strategic plan for your content marketing (and perhaps other) activities over a predetermined period. With your input, the document will also detail the tactical elements of your Marketing Plan, including your content marketing budget, details of implementation and management timelines, measurement of KPI’s including ROI and review timelines.

Q: What do I need to do?

A: The development of your Strategic Marketing Plan is a deeply consultative process and your regular input will be required throughout the planning process.

Q: What outcome can I expect?

A: With your cooperation and participation we will prepare a written Strategic Marketing Plan. This will act as a living, breathing document that we use, together, to bring your content marketing strategy to life.

Q: What is a Ballistics Add-on?

A: The Ballistics Add-on is simply a combination of the Marketing Audit and Report, plus the Strategic Marketing Plan. Purchased together as a Ballistics Add-on the report and plan are offered at a discount.

Q: Can I pay for Ballistics Add-on Monthly?

A: Yes. The Ballistics Add-on is only available to clients purchasing any Content Sniper package. If you choose to pay for your Content Sniper package on a monthly basis, you can pay for your Ballistics Add-on in 12 equal monthly instalments.

NB: The Ballistics Add-on is not available as a standalone offer. It may only be purchased in conjunction with a Content Sniper service package.

AI Powered Content Ideation

Q: What is AI powered content ideation?

A: Coming up with consistently good ideas for content can be challenging – but less so when you have AI to help. A Wikipedia page ranks in the top three results in around 50% of all Google searches, meaning that Google often views that content as highly relevant. And that’s exactly why our AI interrogates the Wikipedia knowledge graph, generating clouds of related concepts and ideas for our copywriters to investigate.

Q: What do I need to do?

A: You know your business better than anyone, so we’ll seek some seed ideas from you. You’ll be asked to help us to develop some core questions that your customers might ask, as well as providing some clarity on the answers. Our AI and people will do the rest.

A: Some content ideas are more valuable than others. Some topics have millions of people searching for information about them. Other topics have little or no search volume at all. We use AI to gather information from various sources in order to determine how interested people are in a given topic, concept or broad set of ideas.

Q: What do I need to do?

A: We’ll ask for your help in developing broad keyword concepts. You’ll have at least some idea about what information your customers are looking for regarding your products and services. Once we have the broad concepts our AI and people will do the rest.

A: You may have the finest piece of content in the world on your website. If nobody is interested in, or more specifically searching Google about that content, nobody will see it. A: If you expect quality output from a copywriter they need an expertly constructed copy brief. A solid copy brief is lot more than a subject heading. The brief includes an overview of the topic, how the article should be slanted, what broader concepts should be covered, how to emphasise your business “voice”, what words need to be optimised for SEO purposes, etc. Importantly, the brief should contain a variety of research reference sources. We use AI to both inform and significantly speed up this process.

Generally, our copywriters are degree qualified and either speak English as a first language or have been tested for their English proficiency via TOFAL or EILTS examination. All content generated by our copywriters is first peer-reviewed, then reviewed by our editor prior to placement in draft form on your website or blog. You can then review articles yourself and apply your own edits or request revisions prior to publication.

A: You don’t need to do anything. However, we prefer that you or someone on your team reviews articles prior to publication on your website or blog. This provides a final layer of quality control to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all published content.

A: You can expect the consistent production and posting of targeted, high quality, engaging, SEO optimised content to your website or blog. Custom Graphic Creation

Q: What is custom graphic creation?

A: Most of the time we will use royalty-free stock images to support your content when creating articles. Sometimes, graphics may be needed to make a point clear or to otherwise add value to the content we create. When such graphics are needed our graphic designers will edit and/or create the required images without additional cost to you.

Q: What do I need to do?

A: Usually, nothing. Once in awhile our designers may require guidance in order to make the graphics more compelling or accurate. We will retain your brand assets (such as logos) on file for use in graphic creation. You will have an opportunity to review all graphics and request revisions prior to publication. You may also reuse these graphics for your own purposes.

Q: What outcome can I expect?

A: You can expect that whenever graphics are required we will produce professional-grade images that illustrate points in a clear and competing manner, without additional cost to you.

Contextual Link Building

Q: What is contextual link building?

A: Contextual link building is the organised practise of encouraging other websites with similar (i.e. contextual) content to link to related content on your website or blog. Contextual backlinks send a powerful signal to Google that your content is popular with other webmasters. Our SEO specialists use a combination of AI and automation to identify and exploit the best backlinking opportunities. Contextual link building is ongoing on a permanent basis.

A: You can expect us to produce content which is worthy of being shared on social media channels. Additionally, we can automate the posting of your content to selected social media channels if that is what you require.

24/7 Real Time Monitoring & Reporting

Q: What are Client Reports?

A: Our Client Reports system is an all-in-one dashboard that allows you to monitor your digital marketing activities via a simple and intuitive interface. The dashboard includes analytics for your website, SEO rankings, backlinks, Google Ads and activity on selected social media channels.

Q: Will I have access to Client Reports?

A: All Content Sniper Service Packages include 24/7 access to our Client Reports Dashboard. Access can be granted to as many of your team members as required. Reports are generated automatically on the first day of each month and emailed to your nominated team members.

Regular Reviews

Q: What are client reviews?

A: Client reviews occur at regular intervals and are generally conducted via a zoom conference call of around one-hour duration. The review is conducted with Tony Gavin or your project manager and you can include as many team members as needed on the call. The purpose of the review is to assess the progress of your Content Marketing Plan and where necessary, plan for revisions.

Q: What do I need to do?

A: You and your team need to actively participate in these reviews.

Q: What outcome can I expect?

A: By the end of each review you and your team should have a clear understanding of progress to date in terms of meeting your strategic marketing objectives and be clear on where your content marketing is headed over the next quarter.

Strategic Marketing Plan Revision

NB: This applies only to clients who have selected the Ballistics Add-0n.

Q: What is Strategic Marketing Plan Revision?

A: Strategic marketing plan revision involves acting on decisions made during quarterly reviews and modifying your Strategic Marketing Plan to meet those changes.

Q: What do I need to do?

A: We will edit your Strategic Marketing Plan. You and your team will need to review the edited plan and approve those changes.

Q: What outcome can I expect?

A: You can expect regularly revised plans of action that help you and your team adapt to changing needs and circumstances as your Strategic Marketing Plan is implemented.

About Payments

1. Monthly - vs - Prepaid Packages

Q: Is there a difference between the Monthly and Prepaid Packages?

A: There are no differences in the inclusions or services. Both packages are exactly the same in that regard. The only advantage with a prepaid package is the discount you receive for prepaying. Essentially, prepaid packages offer 12 months of service for the price of 10 months, saving you over 15% on our pay by the month package options. For businesses which have the spare cash to take advantage of the prepaid deal or which would like to bring forward a tax deduction for the current financial year, prepaid packages are a great way to save some money!

Q: Can I switch from a Monthly Package to a Prepaid Package?

A: Yes. You may switch from a Monthly Package to a Prepaid Package at any time up to 30 days after you AGREE & PAY NOW on our order page and receive a full credit for monies already paid to us. Please email accounts[at]roi.cx if you would like to switch from monthly payments to our prepaid option.

NB: By default, pricing for all services and packages is in United States Dollars ($USD). As a courtesy we accept $AUD at fixed exchange rate, for Australian based businesses only. We review the rate regularly. If you are logged onto this website from Australia you will automatically be redirected to our Australian Dollar pricing pages and checkout.

 

2. How do I make my monthly payments?

A: Monthly payments are deducted on the due date each month from your nominated credit or debit card account, via Stripe.

3. When is my first monthly payment due?

A: Your first monthly payment falls due as soon as you agree to the Terms & Conditions of the Service Agreement on our order page, via any electronic contract, via manual paper-based signing or via any dynamic proposal with payment options included. Payments will then be taken from your nominated funding source each month for the term of our Service Agreement (this is usually 12 months).

A: This stuff happens sometimes. Our policy is to attempt to debit your nominated account, once again, a few days after we receive the dishonour notice. If that second payment dishonours, we will contact you via email.

A: Stripe or your bank may charge you a dishonour fee on each occasion that a payment dishonours. We may also charge you a dishonour fee under the terms of our Service Agreement (Terms & Conditions), but we generally only apply that fee when we have to deal with repeated dishonours.

A: Once you’ve subscribed you should receive two emails immediately. One will be from contentsniper.ai (ROI Media) acknowledging your order and providing details of what packages and options you have selected.
